Delete your LeTon account

You can delete your account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent: your profile, applications, passes, ratings you gave, and photos you uploaded are removed. Records that other users rely on (a venue's attendance history, ratings they received) are kept in anonymised form, and legal or accounting records are retained only as long as the law requires.

Fastest — inside the app (two taps)
  1. Open Profile → Profile Details.
  2. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Businesses: Brand → More → Settings → Delete account, or from the web portal at business.leton.ai.

Without the app

Email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it within 7 days, confirming by reply.
